Up 04:00 toilet n trail mix; 
Up 9:45  alka/s .   coffee...
Gathered Laundry.
Laundry in car, with Stitch, to laundry mat...
All in one washer,  sat reading newspaper.
Done in 45 minutes, returned home.
Stitch put first load in dryer.
Sat in chair to finish paper.
Nap in chair.
Stitch brought first load in from dryer: I helped fold and put it away.
13:30 started on Agents of Shield
14:30 Criminal Minds.
 brought in 2nd load, folded and put it away
15:25 Watched Code Black
16:15 watched American Horror Story
Brought in final load, folded and put it away.
17:10 watched Better Things
18:00  Life in Pieces.
Got up to go to kitchen, and cube a package of meat, in prep for beef stew, sometime.
Watched Comic Book Men  then The Circus.
Dinner:  pork chops n rice.
Watched Ash vs Evil Dead, then Blunt Talk, then Shameless, then Elementary.
To sleep 23:15
Awake, 00:30, in time to help Sunshine with ointment on her bad shoulder.
