Diary Nov 8 Saturday

04:30  UP and  final packing, and dressed.
Made sure She was ready ..got our bags in the car...got Tallship up...headed to the car, and said to Tallship, "You are driving, you might as well get to know my car NOW, rather than at the airport.."
He deposited us curbside 0545...
We checked in, waited on wheelchair service, which did not take all that long... and were at the gate 0630.
Boarded the plan 0645 and in the air, 0730.  

Napped most of the way, both of us.

Arrived MSY 1230 local.
Met with a wheelchair for Her, then by my parents just outside of security, and on down to baggage claim we went.
Our bags came in quickly, and we were off.

Enroute to DH, we stopped in Slidell,  expecting to go to a general kind of buffet that we've been to in years passed, but it was closed, being remodeled into some other restaurant, so we moved on to a Chinese food buffet, which was good enough...
Considering how much my gut was acting up...heartburn or ...I don't know what....
Then on to the house.
Dad and Mom had the OU Baylor game recorded on their DVR, which had just ended a bit ago, so we sat down to watch...the mayhem.
Merry fell asleep quickly, and soon, I did too.

Once THAT was over, we watched "The Punisher" from 10 years ago... well the last 2/3...  followed by "The Transporter" , both the new eps that come on Saturday nights, followed by two old reruns of The Big Bang Theory..and I went to bed, 0100.
