10.05 Monday Diary

While at work...
  watched "The Newsroom"  season 1, 1-6. \
OFF 6:22.
Car 6:26.
Home, 7:15.
Dogs out, and fed.  Fed cats.
Fed myself, while reading some of Sunday's paper.
Bed, 0800.

Up 11:45 to pee.  Of course, the bathroom was occupied.  
Merry asked C#1 to 'step out' so I could step in, for a minutes.
And back to bed.
Awake 13:30, to pee.
Up 1600 pee and snack 
Awake 1730 with alarm.
Upright, 1740, as Merry called, from the hospital, where She was with C#2, to check on me.
Showered, dressed, toilet, alka seltzer,  toilet....
Car 18:31...  in the rain.
  Not much rain, enough to annoy the car a bit...  and foul up traffic.
 Work  19:36.

Easy enough...
Before midnight, watched  "The Newsroom"  1: 7 & 8.

Meal:
 7:30  ham & cheese on toast, peanut butter on toast, potato chips...
  16:00  gluten free cookies, which kinda make me nauseated
  21:00  three rice cakes
   23:00   popcorn
