In BR1 together...
 Rewatched 'Zoo'....
Engaged in oral and intercourse....  0200  
sleeping..

Awake, kind of  1300 
 and feeling
  like 
   crap.
  Depressed, a lot..
 and a dull ache in my belly that I could not shake.

She wanted to go to the market; I suggested, we wait for sundown.

I dozed in the living room chair  until like   20:00
Up and dressed...
We went to Von's and Winco... and home...

Dinner .. baked chicken and rice....
and to BR1 to sleep some more.
