♥ Scenes Ive written Scorpio Seven, on briefs then briefs off.

"You are late getting home.  You know that means cane strokes. Go get the cane, strip, and come back here."
He returns, still wearing briefs.  
She looks at him, nods, and says, "Over the chair."
He bends over the chair.
She applies (RNG 20-30) strokes to the seat of his briefs.
Then she says, "You know that when I say 'strip' I mean everything. Those strokes were for not taking off your briefs."
She takes his briefs down and off, and says, "Now I'll continue with the punishment for being late."
She applies (RNG 30-50) strokes.
"Go to the corner," she says, and he does, hands behind his head.
