7.07 Diary

Out from work 6:30
Yawning all the way home, arrived 7:15
Fed the critters.
Surprised to find Her in 'my' bed.
She explained that the son that had being staying with us, had fallen asleep in the other bed, with Stitch, so this bed was the only one left.
But She was sleeping without Her CPAP so I went and fetched it.
And I undressed, and got in bed next to Her, for a minute or two.
Sleep was coming on fast, so I got up,  and got my BLD (breakfast-lunch-dinner) together, and ate while reading Sunday's paper.
And then off to bed, 0930ish.

Awake and out to pee, around 1330.
Talking for a bit with Her and Sherman..  and back to bed.
Up with Her, and my alarm, 1745.
Toilet, shower, dry...   asked Her to rub Vit-E-cream into my still-sunburned-but-improving back,  then on into my room, where I took some selfies of me in underwear options to fit over the CD.
In car, 1845.
At work 19:30.
The company was doing a twenty car event, a publicity party for this season's premiere of "The Bridge".
So, lots of cars n drivers out, but not much else shaking.

Until.... a chauffeur called in...at the event site, waiting for the clients... he engaged the parking brake on the SUV he was driving, and could not get it to release.   I began by finding another car/driver to get to his location to pick up his clients, should they come out and be ready to go,  then I called the regular driver of that vehicle, and told him to call this driver, and try to figure out the problem.
Which...he did, a few minutes later,  and called me and said, he got the brake released.

THEN....  we had another ride for some client that was marked by the boss:  must go perfect,  we've had past problems on this account, might lose it,  etc....
All was going well, until the driver had a flat tire on the vehicle,  two mile before the drop off.
I found another car n driver, got him to the location in less than 15 minutes, who took the passengers on home, and called a tow truck to get to the original driver...  who changed the tire for him, after judging that the space saver tire in the trunk was good enough to get back to our base, on.

Enough with the excitement, already.
