Alarm at 930, couldn't get up'
Up 1030
Fixed my contacts, and helped Merry a little in the shower.
Out 11:30
Her appointment in Torrance  12:00   
She was out at 12:15
Lunch at "Stacked" 
On to Smart and Final for whatever she needed there.
Home: toilet for both of us.
She asked if "You want a few whacks?"
Dressed in t-shirt and tighty whities, I said, "Yeah."
I bent over back of chair, she applied 20 of the BIG paddle.
Turned the chair around, and applied 20 more.
No pix. Oh well.
To bedroom, nap at 1415
1735 up.  
Fed all
Pills
Toilet
Showered dressed prepped
Kissed her good bye

Stopped for gas.  $28  at 2.50 gal

 Calm and bright.
Started with downloading pix from Tumblr, then added the pix to various posts on  Bruised Bottom Guy.
Caught up on 4 Diary entries.
Looked at STUBE and Tumblr; updated more posts on BBG.

Dressed, packed up laundry

Out with Stitch to laundrymat

And home, laundry in dryer.

After some prep, produced a video, "Early Wedding Present"

with me over the bench,  and Stitch running the camera.

Helped fold laundry as it came out of dryer

Merry started dinner, 

I got to computer and  uploaded video,  reformatted it, pulled some screen caps, loaded it onto my flash drive.

19:00 dinner, baked chicken n wild rice n sweet potato casserole

Up 0800 ...coffee etch

All three of us dressed...

In car 9:40 to Downey for a 10:00 appointment.

The guy we were supposed to meet was not there, so we left.

My bank, to get my payday money.

Wells Fargo, to deposit it.

Library to get tax forms.

Home, 1130

Looked at accounts on line.

Created a budget.

Looked at Tumblr and S-Tube

Moved the spanking bench to where we could get at it

Started charging the  camcorder battery.

Brought the bag we inherited, and Merry and I looked through it.

(Floggers, paddles, handcuffs, rope, ball gag, blindfold, oh my!)

Read Thursday's paper.

Looked through TV Guide.

Did Daily notes

More S-Tube, Tumbler, Fet life.

Nap in bedroom  5 - 7.

Merry made pizza, using gluten-free crust for me

Then to bed.

Friday January 27th Diary starting at 0600

Finished filter 2, bought 2 more on the way home.
Home  6:40.
Merry was still up, at the computer.
Fed the animals
Undressed to shirt and briefs, and approached Merry.
She said, "Ya ready?"
Yep.
I bent over the edge of the bed, and she applied a number of whacks with the bath brush, then the Big Red paddle.
I stood up and went to do something. She went into the bathroom, and noticed the toilet seat was up.
Now, it's been on LONG time since I've done that, but no matter.
I bent over again, and she applied whacks with the square pizza paddle.
Dinner: chicken and quesadillas.
Watched TRMS-Thurs.
Sleep 0900
UP 17:15
We showered n dressed.
IN car 18:40 heading to a Munch in OC.
Arrived 19:45, stayed til 2130
Arrived at Winco 22:20 for some quick shopping.
HOme 23:20.
Unloaded groceries, then to bed.

11:00 up, snack on glu free cookies.  Perhaps a mistake

1500 Up, throwing up into toilet again and again.
With Merry's help on the phone, called off sick from work.
Sat in easy chair, trying to calm stomach down.
When Stitch was ready... 18:30 or so.... drove to Walmart.
Stitch went in, got Merry's prescriptions.... returned home.
I went back to bed.... Merry and Stitch watched tv.
I woke up 23:30, hungry for ...something quick.
So, peanut butter and potato chips... 
back to bed.

THen over to  a Lab for a blood draw for Merry, for dr's appointment at weeks end.
