I had coffee, got dressed
9:00 out, with Merry, to orthopedist.
Immediate plan... get MRI on shoulder, maybe a shot of cortisone, keep exercising ..
THen over to a Lab for a blood draw for Merry, for dr's appointment at weeks end.
Then across the street to Winco for a very few things.
