0312 car,   stopped at WF and deposited paycheck

0700 up to pee
1000 up to pee
1115 up  showered dressed
1206 car with Merry 
1230 at LC Imagining
Drank many ounces of 'fluid' .. by 1245, which meant I had an hour to wait from there before the MRI
Merry left her phone at home, and with an hour to wait, I told her to go home and get it , and my reading glasses
she was back in 40 minutes
I was taken in at 13:50 ...  stopped at toilet for my first diarrhea attack
Finished MR in 15 minutes, stopped at toilet for my second diarrhea attack
Off to Target 1430 looking for A. test strips.
arrived and ran in to get to toilet for my 3rd diarrhea attack.
Did not find test strips but found other things that we were going to get tomorrow at the market
Ran from market area to toilet for diarrhea attack number 4.
Then to Wlgreens , 15:40
1600 home
Showered dressed
 Merry out to Taco Bell, brought back a box for me
Reading, texting wi....
1800 HQ, then HQ word
Stitch and Merry to Lake Forest, aroun 1800

dinner  chopped chicken breast n rice
