They asked me if I turned in the form that the nurse gave me, before I walked in the door...with my temperature noted on it.
Um no, was I supposed to? Nobody told me...
SO, in an exam room 3:25, got shot in the 'glute' she called it, and out I went. No pay. Wasn't asked.
Car with Merry, to Smart n Final. We looked around, grabbed some items, then we saw the line for checkout, wrapped around the south and west wall, and out we went.
On to Taco Bell, and home 1620
