Fell asleep on couch
J was not feeling well...I left her alone and slept on R's bed awhile
Got up to pee.
She heard me, and asked me to join her.
Slept in bedroom til 15:00
She asked me to get up and get R.
Up and out...
And home 16:00
She took over the car, taking R to his dr appointment.
I slept on couch 16:05 to 17:20
And up, showered dressed
Packed    took pill
Kissed J good bye
Car 18:05
