Joni went up i stayed with car and called AAA
Technician arrived and...the car started.
anyway, the starter and alternator seemed ok, the battery had somehow drained
i let the car run in the driveway awhile then wentupstairs
online, looked at Fet, reading about ShadowLane party, got depressed about never having gotten to go to it...went to bedroom to lie down with eyes open
1630 up n dressed, as were Stitch n Joni
Car 1700 it started! and off.. to southeast LB almost Seal Beach
Joni requested a stop at drug store for which we had time

Were seated quickly
I ordered pizza and salad bar
J: pretzel appetizer, salad bar, rotisserie chicken
S soup and jambalaya
Nobody had room for dessert

J to toilet and bedrrom
S and I watched USC Texas
I went to bed, missed the OT finale
Before midnight, Joni started making many trips to toilet due to nausea and diarrhea.
