Driver had 3:45 pick up in Thousand Oaks, and reported being in Calabasas with a flat tire in 3:30
had a driver at base, ready to go... I called the client and said we could be to her at 0415; she was okay with it,and driver made it at just that time.
Then I had to readjust a bunch of other work....
