00:20  awake, helping Sunshine.

Tlt, coffee.....   OU game on tv.... (OU won) 
Sunshine made blueberry coffeecake ...
Showered n dressed
Out Sunshine and I went  12:30
Smart n Final, (oops, that was Trader Joe's, not S&F)  7-11 (2 ecig filters), Vons, Winco
Home 14:30
Groceries in and away
Snacked on pretzels.
Nap  1545 to 1815.
Up ..and I started dinner.
I cut up 3 red and 3 white potatoes... one green bell pepper, one onion, one package of Portuguese sausage, another of polska kilbasa...   all into one frying pan (skillet?) with lid on.  
Left it to simmer, went to BR 2 and watched
Gotham ... Lucifer...
Served dinner ...
Watched Scorpion,  Criminal Minds, Code Black.
Helped Sunshine with meds.
