Called my office with an early heads up, that I was feeling awful and very likely would not be in to work (in 12 hours).
Dinner: my last can of chili from the cupboard, over rice, along with the last two cinnamon rolls, and last two taquitos.

0530.. up, pee, Pill, snack.
915, up, Pee, and text management that I would not, for sure, be in that afternoon.
12:00 Pill.
1745, Pee.
1930, Alka seltzer and Ibuprofen.
2045, showered, dressed, getting ready.
In car, off to Starbucks.
