Chewed out THREE times.
One booker for whom we showed up at airport 24 hours early, and called the px and woke them up because it was 400 on East coast, and they in turn chewed out the booker...
One client in Houston...affiliate car no show
One client in WDC... affiliate car not even assigned, I think the assigned company is out of business, ride never confirmed.
And it's only 3:45
well no more chew-outs
but it's 6 a.m. and the 5:00 reservationist still has not shown up!
