My IBS has been outta control so everyday has been like the next but heres a week of sketchy details...
11-26.. after a department meeting during which I was given a birthday cupcake, in car 10:15, home 11:10.
Watched AHS with Her then ate and sleep 1400.
Up around 9 for dinner
Watched Newsroom and Gotham
and to sleep.
11-27 kind of awake 10:00
sleeping on and off
13:30 talked to my parents
