up 0930, and feeling just ugh....
Merry took Stitch to go pick up a friend in OC, and take that person to a meeting in Beautiful Downtown...and then Merry returned home...
While I piddled around in the kitchen...with spice jars, and reorganizing...
And putting a cushion over the 'new' spanking bench, to see how it looks and works.

In the bedroom, set up the black net canopy over the bed, that we bought, some 6 months ago.
Talked to Merry about calendar, and the road trip that She just got asked to go on, in September.

So, as it was explained later, the people on the inside did not know the door was still locked.
When they figured it out and unlocked it, we were allowed in.... and paid, and were checked off the list, and took seats for the demo.
It was a class/demo on pegging.
And it felt to me like it was like the Energizer bunny.... on and on and on and on... I was about to stand up and walk out, simply had enough...
Mercifully, it ended, 930 or so.
On to the social half hour. Merry already had her play partners pre arranged, and I sure as hell wasn't going looking for any.
Chairs were being set up in a circle near the perimeter of the two large rooms, then L.K. called for the subs to get into uniform, a very nice way of saying, "TIme to strip down, boys and girls!"
That done, we were told were the heavy masochists should be, on down to the light players...and took positions.
I went to the head of the line of the heavy masochists.
I'm sure some hands landed on my bare buttocks, but I can't swear to it....
The spanking line ended around 2240, and it was open party time.

In homes, plimsolls are used, but more common is the 'real' slipper, the houseshoe. The variety goes from rubber or plastic soles, to slippers made of leather. The slipper is most often used because it, like the spoon, is easily available. I know my mother sometimes took hers off while I was already over her lap. Sometimes she took mine off as well, if other implements were not easily available....
