Since it can go either way, I'll go with son-Mom, as it removes an sexual aspect, and imparts the feeling of 'resistance is futile'.
Setting the scene:
"SHILO!"
"Yes, Mom?"
"It's time."
"Ohhhh..."
"Get undressed, over the couch."
Shilo stripped, naked, and bent over the back of the couch.
Mom picked up the Spencer paddle, and come up behind him, and delivered slow, hard strokes as he moaned and weeped, until she was satisfied that she had given enough.
