She delivers strokes of the cane across his bottom, as he counts aloud, and she counts to three (one-one thousand-two-one-thousand-three-one-thousand) before the next stroke. 

Every five strokes, she switches sides, until all strokes are given, number determined by RNG 20-40.

She puts down the long cane, picks up the black Delrin cane, and proceeds as before, number of strokes determined by RNG 10-20

She puts down the black cane, picks up the clear Delrin cane, and proceeds as before, number of strokes determined by RNG 15-30.

Finished, she undoes the restraints. 

He stands upright, and bends over, for a clear view on the video camera of his bottom.
